The “Anniversary Celebration” Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Frameguild/Nielsen Bainbridge, 170 Duffield Dr., Markham, Ontario L6G 1B5 (the “Sponsor”).
The Contest begins on February 4th and ends at 11:59pm on December 5th, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). To register by mail, complete the attached entry form or write your name, address, telephone number and email address on a 3”X5” index card and send it to: Frameguild “Anniversary Celebration” Sweepstakes, 170 Duffield Dr. Markham, Ontario L6G 1B5. To register online, go to www.frameguild.com and complete the entry form. Registrant will receive one entry for each purchase of any Bainbridge branded matboard or foamboard product of $50.00 or more during the Contest Period. No purchase necessary to enter. Each no-purchase entry must be mailed to the address above in a separate postage paid envelope. Entry must be postmarked no later that December 5th, 2008. Limit of one no-purchase entry per week per registrant. Contest open to custom picture frame retailers only; distributors, framed art manufacturers and chain stores are not eligible. Open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec residents) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, agents and distributors of the Sponsor and their immediate families, and persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible.
Offer void in Quebec and outside of Canada. No responsibility is assumed for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, damaged or deemed irregular by the Sponsor, nor for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical errors, or any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. All entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All federal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
Two prizes will be drawn (one first prize and one second prize) on each of the prize dates at the end of each month starting March 2008 and ending December 2008. There are a total of 20 prizes to be awarded in all. One entrant per prize will be selected in a random drawing within 45 days of the scheduled prize date. The selected entrant for each prize will be notified by email or phone within 30 days of the drawing. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must, within 21days of the prize notification, answer unaided a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and execute a Statement of Eligibility and Release. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not fully complied with these requirements within 21days from the date of the prize notification, or is not eligible in accordance with these Contest Rules, then the selected entrant will be disqualified and will not receive the Prize, and another entrant will be selected. Maximum of one prize per registrant.
By participating, winner agrees that the Sponsor and its agents and their employees, officers and directors will not have any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage of any kind caused by the Prize or in any way connected to the acceptance, possession or use of the Prize. By entering you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, business name, address, photograph or likeness without additional compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.
There are 20 Prizes in total to be won, consisting of 3 prizes of 1 box of Bainbridge ArtCare Foamboard 32x40 (value $175.00), 2 prizes of an “Art Framed” framed giclee (value $400.00), 3 prizes of a NielsenBainbridge ArtCare Design Easel (value $225.00), 2 prizes of a 1 year subscription to PFM Picture Frame Magazine (value $40.00), 4 prizes of 1 box of TruVue Museum Glass 32x40 (value $445.00), 1 prize of a set of the Vivian Kistler Library of Professional Picture Framing publications (value $150.00), 4 sets of “ReadyFrame” Custom Framing Software and scanner kit (value $750.00), 1 set of LifeSaver Frameview software (value $600.00). Value of all prizes is approximate. Actual values may vary. All other costs or expenses not expressly mentioned herein in connection with the Prize(s), including taxes, fees and any additional expenses associated with prize(s), are the sole responsibility of the confirmed winner.
The Sponsor shall not be liable to the winners for any guarantee, warranty, condition or representation, express or implied, relating to the Prizes, including, without limitation, any representation relating to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, and is not redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest and to amend the Contest without prior notice at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest, or for any other reason. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners than contemplated in the Contest Rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants and one winner per Prize will be awarded.
By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure to third parties of his or her personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest. All brands, names or product names mentioned herein may be trade-marked or registered trade-marks of their respective holders.
